Shipping Policy
1. Artisanal Production and Availability
Giaquinto Tessitura Artigianale products are made directly through our artisanal textile production.
Some of the items available in our online store are normally held in stock and ready for order preparation. Other items, variants, colours, sizes or quantities may require production, weaving, sewing or finishing to be completed after the order has been received.
The fact that an item can be purchased on the website therefore does not necessarily mean that every variant, colour, size or quantity is physically ready for immediate shipment.
2. Order Preparation Times
When all ordered items are available in stock, the order is normally prepared and handed over to the carrier as quickly as possible.
If one or more items need to be produced, completed or finished, preparation may take longer, approximately 7 to 15 business days, depending on the item, the quantity ordered and the current production cycle.
In exceptional circumstances or for work requiring longer preparation times, the customer will be informed promptly using the contact details provided when placing the order.
The preparation times indicated are estimates and may vary due to the nature of artisanal production.
3. Personalized and Made-to-Measure Products
For made-to-measure, embroidered or personalized products, production times may vary depending on the work required.
Where necessary, estimated production times will be agreed upon or communicated to the customer before the order is fulfilled.
4. Preparation Times and Transit Times
The time required to prepare or produce an order is separate from the shipping transit time.
Once preparation has been completed and the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the applicable transit time for the selected destination begins.
Any delivery estimates displayed during the purchasing process should therefore be considered together with any additional time required for the preparation, production or finishing of the item.
5. Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, the characteristics of the order and the available shipping service.
Customers can review the total cost of their order before proceeding with payment.
6. International Shipping
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country may apply.
Unless otherwise stated during the purchasing process, any such charges are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs and may be charged to the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
Customs procedures and processing times are not directly controlled by Giaquinto Katiuscia and may affect the overall delivery time.
7. Delivery Address and Recipient Contact Details
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Customers are also advised to provide a valid telephone number, where requested, to assist the carrier in managing the delivery.
If there is an error in the address or other information provided, the customer is invited to contact us promptly at info@tessituragiaquinto.com.
If the shipment has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the information.
8. Shipment Tracking
Where provided by the shipping service used, once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will be provided with the information necessary to track the delivery.
Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and may vary due to, for example, public holidays, weather conditions, periods of high shipping volume, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the seller's direct control.
9. Delivery and Package Inspection
Upon delivery, customers are advised to check the external condition of the packaging.
If there is visible damage, any irregularity or signs of tampering, customers are advised to report this promptly to the carrier and, where possible, document the condition of the package with photographs.
If the product received is damaged or differs from the product ordered, the customer may contact us at info@tessituragiaquinto.com, providing the order number and attaching photographs useful for assessing the issue.
10. Orders Containing Multiple Products
When an order contains multiple items and one or more products require longer preparation times, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
Where a different arrangement would be more appropriate, we may contact the customer to agree on the most suitable solution.
