These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the online store.
2. Characteristics of Artisanal Production
Giaquinto Tessitura Artigianale produces its articles directly through artisanal textile processes.
Due to the nature of our production, the presence of a product on the website does not necessarily mean that every variant, size or quantity is already available for immediate shipment.
Some products are in stock and can be shipped promptly; others may require weaving, sewing, finishing or preparation after the order has been received.
When an item requires preparation times longer than usual, the customer will be informed in accordance with the procedures described in the Shipping Policy.
3. Product Characteristics, Natural Fibres and Colour Variations
The images, descriptions and information provided on the website are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible.
As these are artisanal textile products, often made from natural fibres such as linen and cotton, slight variations may occur from one item to another.
Minor irregularities in the weave, slubs, small knots, variations in thickness or other variations inherent to natural fibres and artisanal production may be characteristics of the material and production process and do not in themselves constitute a defect, provided that they do not affect the product's conformity or normal use.
The photographs displayed on the website are intended to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, the colour displayed may vary slightly depending on the device, monitor, related settings and viewing conditions.
Furthermore, due to the inherent characteristics of natural fibres, yarns and dyeing processes, slight colour variations may occur between products from different production lots or dye batches.
For this reason, when purchases are made at different times, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between an item previously purchased and a subsequent order of the same product or colour.
Similarly, the product received may show slight colour variations compared with the images displayed on the website. Where such variations fall within the normal characteristics of natural fibres, yarns, dye batches and the production process, and do not affect the product's conformity or normal use, they do not in themselves constitute a defect.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the conditions applicable to the purchase.
Once the order has been completed, the customer will receive confirmation at the email address provided.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, including name, delivery address, contact details and any information required to fulfil the order.
If any information provided is incorrect, the customer is invited to contact us promptly.
5. Prices and Payments
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed, except in the case of obvious errors.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The order will be processed in accordance with the conditions applicable to the selected payment method.
6. Availability and Preparation Times
Due to the artisanal nature of our production, preparation times may vary depending on the item ordered, quantity, requested variant and the current workload of the workshop.
When a product is already available, the order will be prepared as quickly as possible.
When an item needs to be produced, completed or finished, preparation times may be longer.
Any preparation times communicated to the customer are separate from the time required by the carrier for transportation.

7. Personalized and Made-to-Measure Products
Upon request, products may be personalized or made according to the customer's individual specifications, including, by way of example, special sizes, embroidery, initials, names or other personalized work.
For goods made to measure or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by applicable law.
The fact that an item from the standard Giaquinto range is produced or finished after an order is placed does not automatically mean that the product is considered personalized.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping conditions, costs and methods are described in the Shipping Policy and in the information provided during the purchasing process.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and, where required, a telephone number that can be used for delivery purposes.
9. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
The right of withdrawal and the procedures for exercising it are governed by the Refund Policy available on the website and by applicable law.
When exercising the ordinary right of withdrawal, the product must be handled and kept with due care.
Washed products cannot be accepted as standard returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

10. Product Care, Washing and Use
Customers are invited to follow the care, washing and maintenance instructions provided on the product, its label or in the relevant information available on the website.
Deterioration resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, washing or treatments that do not comply with the instructions provided, the use of aggressive detergents or substances, bleach, inappropriate temperatures, spin cycles, drying methods or other unsuitable treatments does not automatically constitute a lack of conformity of the product.
11. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable law.
The legal guarantee should not be confused with the right of withdrawal.
If the customer believes that a product has a lack of conformity, they are invited to contact us at info@tessituragiaquinto.com, providing the order number and describing the issue.
Photographs may be requested and, where necessary, the product may need to be returned or otherwise made available to allow the appropriate checks to be carried out.
Any remedies to which the customer may be entitled will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
12. Use of the Website and Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise stated, texts, photographs, images, graphics, designs, distinctive elements and content relating to Giaquinto Tessitura Artigianale appearing on the website may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without authorization from the respective rights holders.
